Project Keys:
- Add two dispensers to the major automakers new Cell Assembly area
- Install the customers remote PLC module (to work with the cell control) in our enclosure to reduce the field wiring
- A two axis servo controller with 48 I/O was interfaced to the PLC remote module via I/O
- Light Curtains and hard guards were designed to match the customers safety needs

- 173 axis of linear actuators, each with a stepper motor drive IO, and vacuum control valve

- 0.005 Total Indicated Reading (error) of actuator X,Y, and Z position over the entire 32 ft. work cell
- Modular Windows Operator interface for flexibility and fault tolerant operation
- Heavy construction for continuous (24 / 7) operation
