MX45 Positioner

The MX45S is a 45 mm wide screw driven positioner based on the award winning MX80 family. Like its predecessor, the MX45S is designed for OEM applications requiring reliable linear positioning in space restricted applications. This miniature positioner was designed with anti-cage creep cross roller bearings and offers the user two drive chain options; a high efficiency PTFE coated lead screw or a high precision ground ball screw.

Daedal's 406LXR Linear Servo Motor Table

The 406LXR combines the desired characteristics of high speed and precise positioning, in one reliable low-profile package. Fast response, high acceleration, smooth translation, high velocity, and quick settling time describe the 406LXR’s performance characteristics, while repeatability, precise accuracy, and high resolution describe its positioning attributes. Optimum performance is achieved as a result of slotless motor technology engineered in combination with performance matched mechanical elements and feedback components. The 406LXR is offered with an 8 pole motor or a higher force 12 pole motor and an extended life (20 million cycles) cable management system. The 406LXR’s selection flexibility and its mounting compatibility with Daedal’s 400XR ballscrew driven tables enables single axis or complex multi-axis systems to be configured in a simple, straightforward manner. System 6: Three Axis XX"-YY"-Z

SYSTEM 6 is a three axis version of System Two. HLE Linear Modules provide motion in the X and Y directions while a vertically mounted ET cylinder provides the third axis (Z) of motion. The ET cylinder provides high vertical thrust capacity at moderate speeds. With the Z-axis retracted, this system can transport moderate to heavy loads at high rates of speed over long travel distances.
