 6K Motion Controller Series:
The latest in multi-axis control with Ethernet Connectivity, Compumotor’s revolutionary 6K Controller is an embedded motion controller or stand-alone motion controller built into one convenient package. The 6K is a multi-axis motion controller capable of solving basic to complex motion control applications including: pick-and-place, packaging, following, cam profiling and hundreds of others. The 6K utilizes Ethernet communications to allow high speed connections to many different products such as PLCs, HMIs, I/O modules and vision systems.

Motion Planner™
Motion Planner is Compumotor’s newest software accessory for use with the 6K motion controller. Motion Planner is included in CD-ROM format in every 6K ship kit and offers the following features:
- SmartEditor – Create programs with the aid of color highlighted syntax checking, pre-emptive syntax checking, and one button download.
- Terminal – For communication with the 6K via RS-232, RS-485, or Ethernet
- PanelMaker – To create operator interface screens using Visual Basic script
- ServoTuner – A graphical tuning interface for servo systems
Accessories
The 6K family offers several accessory products to ease setup and installation and add flexibility. These products are:
- EVM32 Expansion I/O Module – for additional digital I/O and analog input needs
