Intelligent Actuator (IA) product line is designed for use in small- to medium-sized manufacturing applications. IA products combine both linear and rotary actuators with motion controllers to provide complete positioning systems. These systems can be used as either individual axes or in Cartesian coordinate robot systems. Intelligent actuator also offer a series of high-speed SCARA robots.

IX SCARA robots are available in a wide range of models and are ideal for high speed, precision operations such as sealing, dispensing, parts insertion, assembly. They and are compatible with all major vision systems.

The Cartesian Coordinate Robot's relatively simple design and straightforward operation makes it highly desirable in manufacturing. Because the individual axes can be easily replaced and are available with the low-maintenance AQ seal option, downtime is reduced and maintenance costs are kept to a minimum.

The pre-configured 2, 3, or 4-axis Integrated Combination System delivers excellent performance at affordable prices. With its patented integrated ballscrew design, high moment load capabilities and ease of integration, the ICS series continues to lead the industry.

The IH-SCARA is a 4-axis robot with rotating elements that move in a single plane. The motion these robots provide is similar to a shoulder-elbow-wrist combination movement, with the addition of a vertical component.

Models are available with a reach length of 500mm to 900mm and payloads to 4kg.
