NSK: Miniature Monocarrier MCM02

The latest offering in NSK's popular Monocarrier Series of linear actuators is the Miniature Monocarrier MCM02.  Like the other sizes in the Monocarrier Series, the MCM02 provides an all-in one combination of ball screw, support units and special linear guide that dramatically reduces the time and energy needed in the design of systems and simplifies installation and assembly.

• Basic Dimensions: 22mm x 28mm (height x width)
• 3 stroke lengths available: 50mm, 100mm, 150mm
• Lightweight and compact design
• Long-term maintenance-free operation with standard K1TM lubrication units
• Standard low-temperature chrome plating on rails and sliders prevents corrosion under ordinary usage and storage conditions 
• High-accuracy and high-stiffness
• 1 mm and 2 mm lead ball screw versions available
• 2 accuracy grades available: H (standard) and P (high precision)
• Motor brackets, covers and sensor accessories available.
